Returns and Refunds
Items can be returned within 30 days of receipt of shipment in most cases. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them. Used bedding or baby items may not be returned. Merchandise cannot be used and must be in the same condition/packaging in which you received it. Unfortunately, we are unable to accept items that have been used or have been opened up for use. Items must be returned via a trackable mail service. Buyer is responsible for paying any return shipping fees associated with returning the item. Store credit or refund credit may be provided to buyer for shipping fees if returned item is found to be defective upon return inspection. Please contact us if you'd like to return an item. If item is returned within 30 days in the original package with instructions, manuals and all included items, a refund will be processed back to the buyer's Paypal account or the form of payment used at checkout. Please allow 10 to 14 working days upon return receipt of item for refund to appear as a credit on buyer's credit card or in Paypal.
Shipping and Delivery
We ship worldwide. Shipping fees are based on the weight of the item and the location. Additional shipping fees may be required for over-sized items or multiple quantity purchases. Most usa domestic items are delivered within 5 to 9 working days. International shipments are delivered within 9 to 16 working days. Express delivery is available upon request. Please note that fulfillment and delivery of items may be delayed due to circumstances beyond our control. Buyer will be notified by email of any order changes if the item becomes unavailable or if order fulfillment is delayed.
A cancellation and restocking fee may be applied to orders that are cancelled after they are processed and have left the warehouse. The cancellation fee is up to 20% of the price of the item (excluding shipping costs).

We offer a 90 day satisfaction guarantee that covers the quality of the product and our service to you. We will replace any item or provide store credit for any item that is defective or is damaged
during shipping. The 90 day satisfaction guarantee offers item replacement or store credit for most items. Some products have different policies or requirements associated with them.
All items are shipped as gifts and do not include pricing in the box.
We will only add prices to the packing slip if requested.
